Each organisation is responsible for the accuracy of operational data entered by its users. Exports, reports and client-facing documents should be reviewed before external issue.
Availability
Helix is hosted on managed cloud infrastructure. Planned maintenance, supplier outages or client network restrictions may affect access from time to time.
Commercial terms
Module access, licence scope, support arrangements and data retention requirements are agreed separately with each client organisation.
