How access is controlled
Access to workspace data is controlled by user authentication, organisation membership, role permissions and enabled module configuration.
Uploads and generated documents
Some workflows allow files to be uploaded or reports to be generated. Where temporary upload workflows are used, Helix is designed to minimise retention and encourage users to save final outputs through approved business channels.
Data sharing
Helix does not make client workspace data public. Client-facing reports or exported documents should only be shared by authorised users through approved business processes.
